Scope of work

Is this a redesign or reworking of an existing site, or is it a completely new design? 

Nailing down specific goals is important in creating a design according to the client needs.

An estimate of budget and scheduling is also calculated at a preliminary stage.

Design & create

Design process follows the presentation of multiple design options and revisions to cater to the ongoing suggestions by the client.

Once a design is finalized, construction drawings are produced and construction teams are brought in place.

Whether you prefer your own contractor or we provide one to you, we will regularly keep track of the ongoing construction via site visits and status tracking through milestones.

Guidance during selection of items such as Furniture, Fixtures and other installables is also provided as and when needed.
